Tortillas
Ingredients:
2 cups Torti Masa® corn masa flour
1 1/2 cups water

Procedure
In a deep bowl, combine Torti Masa®, corn masa flour and water. Knead with your hands to form a soft and smooth dough.
Divide dough into 19 equal portions and make dough balls. Place one at a time on a tortilla press lined top and bottom with plastic wrap. Press firmly to make a thin tortilla.
Place the tortilla in a skillet or griddle on medium-high heat and cook for 30 seconds on each side, turning the tortilla 3 times.
Serve tortillas with green, red, or Mexican salsa, salt, butter or fresh cheese.
Let tortillas cool down, cut in triangles and fry; they are great to make tortilla chips or chilaquiles.
Yield: 19 tortillas
