Double Peanut Butter & Milk Chocolate Cookies
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
½ cup creamy or chunky peanut butter
½ cup granulated sugar
½ cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 large egg
1 ⅔ cups (11-oz. pkg.) Nestlé® Toll House® Milk Chocolate & Peanut Butter Morsels Granulated Sugar

• Preheat oven to 375°F
• In a small bowl, combine flour and baking soda
• In a large mixing bowl, beat butter, peanut butter, granulated
• Sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract until creamy

• Beat in egg
• Beat in flour mixture gradually
• Stir in morsels

• Drop onto ungreased baking sheets by rounded tablespoon
• Press each down slightly with bottom of glass dipped in granulated sugar
• Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until edges are set but centers are still soft. Cool on baking sheets for 4 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
Makes about 3 ½ dozen cookies

Quality tip: Store morsels in a cool, dry place (60-70°F). Heat and humidity can cause a whitish appearance on morsels that disappears when melted. This is a natural reaction called bloom, and flavor & quality aren't affected.
