Ingredients:
4 slices of The Rustik Oven® Sourdough bread
1½ c sliced zucchini
¼ c Sharp white cheddar cheese chunks
½ c soft brie cheese
3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
2 tbsp olive oil
Ground black pepper
Salt
Directions:
• Season zucchini with salt and pepper. Sauté zucchini over medium high heat with olive oil
• Toast the bread to a light brown, not a dark brown
• Top bread with zucchini and cheeses
• Bake for 5 minutes at 400°F until cheeses melt
