1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 pkg. (6 oz.) Stove Top Lower Sodium Stuffing Mix for Chicken
1/2 cup water
2 cloves garlic, minced
1-1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
1 tsp. dried basil leaves
1 cup Kraft 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Make it!
Heat oven to 400°F.
1. Mix tomatoes, stuffing mix, water and garlic just until stuffing mix is moistened.
2. Layer chicken, basil and cheese in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
3. Top with stuffing mixture.
4. Bake 30 min. or until casserole is heated through and chicken is done.

Heat oven to 375°F.
1. Mix meat, stuffing mix, water, eggs and 1/4 cup barbecue sauce just until blended.
2. Shape into loaf in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
3. Top with remaining barbecue sauce.
4. Bake 1 hour or until done (160°F).
