1/4 tsp. dried rosemary leaves
4 boneless pork loin chops, 1/2-inch thick
4 tsp. Grey poupon dijon mustard
Make it
Heat oven to 425°F.
Mix coating mix and rosemary in shallow dish.
Spread chops with mustard.
Coat both sides of each chop with coating mixture.
Bake in foil-lined pan until done (minimum internal temperature 165°f), about 20 min. Let stand 3 min. Before serving.
