Spaghetti With Claims, Parsley and Tomatoes
Ingredients:
6 oz Schär Spaghetti
17 oz clams
10 cherry tomatoes
1 clove of garlic
parsley
pepper
2 tablespoons of olive oil

Directions:
Leave the clams for an hour in cold salted water to loosen any sand, then place clams in a pot with the lid on and boil. Remove the clams with a skimmer and set aside. Strain the liquid that remained in the pot and set aside. In a skillet heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil with the garlic, wash and cut tomatoes in half and then add the tomatoes and the liquid from the clams into the pot and cook for 10 minutes. Add the clams and cook for a few minutes more, meanwhile boil the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water. Drain the pasta and toss in the pan, add the chopped parsley and pepper.
