Brioche breakfast sandwich
• 8 Sara Lee® Artesano® Brioche Buns
• 1 pound sliced ham
• 1 1/2 cup grated gruyere cheese
• 12 eggs
• 1 tablespoon butter
Directions (8 servings)
1. In a large pan, melt butter. Crack and scramble all 12 eggs until fully cooked. Set aside.
2. To the bottom bun, add several slices of ham, a scoop of scrambled egg, and pile of gruyere cheese.
3. Place under the broiler until cheese starts to bubble, then remove from oven. Add the top bun and enjoy!
