Kraut Puffs
4 Eggs
1 Lb. Cream Cheese
3 Lbs. Sabrett Sauerkraut
1 1/2 Lbs. Sweet Butter
1 Lb. Fillo Dough
Drain & Dry Sauerkraut. Saute 3 Lbs. of Kraut in 1/2 Lb. Butter. Place Cream Cheese on Top until Melted. Beat Eggs & Add to Kraut when Cool.
Take 1 Lb. Fillo. Cut in 3 Strips Lengthwise (Follow Guidelines for Use of Fillo on Box). Take 1 Strip Fillo, Brush with Butter, Add 1 Tbsp Mixture. Roll or Fold into Triangles. Brush with Butter Place on Cookie Sheet.
Bake at 400° for 20 Minutes or Until Golden. Makes Approximately 90. Great to Freeze.
