½ cup light brown sugar
6 tbsp blue agave syrup (agave syrup or light corn syrup)
2 tbsp sugar
1. Prepare the flan mix first and keep it warm.
2. Add the brown sugar, sugar and agave syrup (or corn syrup) into a small skillet on medium heat.
3. Stir until the sugar melts and the desired color is reached.
Then pour sauce into the bottom of the dessert cup and add the hot flan mix. Recommended amount of sauce per 4 oz serving is 1 to 2 tsp.
