Rosa Maria Coconut Milk, 13.5 oz
Arroz Con Leche (Rice Pudding)
Ingredients:
1/2 cup uncooked parboiled rice
3 cups of water
1 Rosa Maria cinnamon stick
1 can Rosa Maria coconut milk
1 can condensed milk
2 tspn Rosa Maria vanilla extract
1/4 cup Rosa Maria brown sugar
1 peel of fresh lemon rind
Preparing:
Place rice and cinnamon stick and lemon peel in a pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for approx 15-20 minutes or until water is absorbed.
Remove cinnamon stick and lemon peel
Add coconut milk, condensed milk, vanilla and brown sugar. Simmer for 15 minutes stirring occasionally and until liquid is absorbed leaving some creamy liquid.
Transfer to serving dish *
*Optional: Sprinkle on top Rosa Maria Ground Cinnamon
