Rienzi Italian Style Bread Crumbs, 15 oz
Crispy Chicken Breasts Italiano
• 1 cup Rienzi Italian Style Bread Crumbs
• 2 tbsp. melted butter or margarine
• 1 egg
• 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts halves
Heat oven to 375° F. Spray baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Mix bread crumbs and melted butter in shallow bowl. In another shallow bowl, beat egg with fork.
Dip chicken in egg and coat evenly with bread crumb mixture. Place in sprayed pan.
Bake at 375° F. for 30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink, turning once.
