Reese's peanut butter chocolate cookies
Prep time: 20 minutes
1 cup all-purpose flour
6 tablespoons Hershey's Cocoa
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
P-2/3 cups (10-oz. pkg.) Reeses Peanut Butter Chips
1. Heat oven to 350°F.
2. Stir together flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Beat butter and sugar in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Add egg and vanilla; beat well. Gradually add flour mixture, beating well. Stir in peanut butter chips. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet.
3. Bake 8 to 9 minutes. (Do not over bake; cookies will be soft.) Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely. Makes about 3 dozen cookies.
