1 jar (26 oz.) spaghetti sauce
1 container (15 oz.) Polly-O Ricotta Cheese
1 pkg. (16 oz.) ziti pasta, cooked, drained
1 pkg. (8 oz.) Polly-O Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided ¼ cup Polly-O Grated Parmesan Cheese
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix sauce and ricotta cheese in large bowl. Add ziti and 1/2 cup of the mozzarella cheese; mix lightly.
2. Place in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese and the parmesan cheese. Cover.
3. Bake 30 minutes; uncover. Bake on additional 15 minutes or until heated through. Makes 8 servings, 1-1/4 cups each.
