Pioneer Roasted Pork Gravy Mix, 1.41 oz
Roasted Pork Mushroom Cream Sauce
Yield: 2 1/2 cups
Ingredients:
4 oz. mushrooms, sliced
2 tbsp. butter
1 3/4 cups water
1 pkg. Pioneer Roasted Pork Gravy
1 tsp. thyme
1 tbsp. dijon mustard
2 tbsp. cream
Instructions:
1. Sauté mushrooms in butter over medium-high heat until tender.
2. Whisk together 1 3/4 cups water, Pioneer Roasted Pork Gravy, thyme, and Dijon mustard.
3. Add mixture to mushrooms and slowly bring to a simmer.
4. Remove from heat and whisk in cream.
Tip: Serve with pork roast, chops or tenderloin.
