Pioneer Country Sausage Flavor Gravy Mix, 2.75 oz
Skillet Breakfast Casserole
Yield: 6 servings
Ingredients:
1 pkg. Pioneer Sausage Gravy, prepared
4 cups diced potatoes, frozen
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 cup sausage, cooked and crumbled
1 1/2 cups water
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Heat oil in a 10-12-inch oven-proof skillet.
3. Brown potatoes 5-6 minutes and evenly sprinkle on sausage.
4. Mix eggs into gravy and pour mixture evenly over potatoes.
5. Bake 25-30 minutes, or until filling is set in center.
6. Sprinkle on cheese, bake another 3 minutes or until melted.
