Lemon Garlic Sugar Snap Peas

Ingredients
8oz. Pero Sugar Snap Peas
1 ½ tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp. olive oil
½ tbsp. garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
How to make it
Cook peas to desired texture using microwave directions. Transfer peas to a sauté pan on medium heat. Add olive oil and garlic, stir for 2 minutes. Next, add the fresh lemon juice and cook for another 2 minutes. Next, add salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Pierce this bag with a fork. Place bag on a microwave-safe dish.
Microwave on high for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove dish from the microwave. Let it stand for 1 to 3 minutes. Open bag carefully, it will te hot and the package will steam. Serve immediately and enjoy!
