Easy Chicken Tikka Masala
3-4 servings
1 lb. diced chicken
1 jar of Patak's® Tikka Masala Curry Simmer Sauce
1. Heat a little cooking oil in a deep sided frying pan.
2. Add 1 lb. diced chicken breast* and sauté until meat is browned (about 5 minutes).
3. Pour the jar of sauce over chicken and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over rice with Patak's® chutneys and pickles.
*Alternatively, use mixed vegetables, shrimp or another protein of your choice. Adjust simmer time accordingly.
