Patak's Original Mild Korma Curry Creamy Coconut & Spices Simmer Sauce, 15 oz
Easy Chicken Korma
Up to 6 servings
1 lb diced chicken
1 jar of Patak's® Korma Curry Simmer Sauce
1 lb cooked rice
1. Heat a little cooking oil in a deep sided frying pan.
2. Add diced chicken breast* and sauté until meat is browned (about 5 minutes).
3. Pour the jar of sauce over chicken and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Serve over rice with Patak's® Chutney and Pickles.
*Alternatively, use mixed vegetables, shrimp or another protein of your choice. Adjust simmer time accordingly.
