PanaPesca Whole Cleaned Calamari, 10.6 oz
Fried Calamari:
• 1 pack of PanaPesca Whole Cleaned Calamari
• 1 cup all purpose flour
• 1 cup milk
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/4 tsp. pepper
• 6 cups vegetable oil
Cut Calamari tubes into rings then rinse in cold water, then soak in milk for 30 minutes.
Heat 2 inches of oil in 5qt pot to 375 degrees.
Whisk flour salt and pepper in bowl dredge squid in flour shake off excess in strainer. Fry for 1 minute turning to cook all sides, serve with lemons and marinara sauce.
Prepare in your favorite seafood recipes.
