Deep Fried Squid
1 lb clean squid
1 1/2 cup flour
1 cup cornmeal
1 1/2 cup beer
4 tb grated parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp seafood seasoning
1 tb Worchestershire sauce
Cut squid into rings. Stir all other ingredients together then add beer and Worchestershire sauce. Mix. Dip squid into batter and fry quickly in oil heated to 375°F. Use care, as hot oil may splash.
Keep frozen until ready to use
