PanaPesca Clam Meat, 10.6 oz
Quick Clam Sauce:
• 1 pack of PanaPesca Clam Meat
• 2 tbsp. minced garlic
• 2 tbsp. olive oil
• 1 tsp. each oregano and basil
• 1 shallot finely chopped
• 3 tbsp. finely chopped parsley
• 1 1/2 cup white wine
• 2 tbsp. butter
Sauté Clams in olive oil, butter, shallots, garlic then add wine and herbs.
Simmer covered for 5 minutes, then toss with cooked pasta and sprinkle with Romano cheese.
Prepare in your favorite seafood recipes.
Keep frozen until use
