PanaPesca Calamari Rings & Tentacles, 10.6 oz
Sautйed Calamari:
• 1 pack of PanaPesca Calamari Rings & Tentacles
• 2 tbsp. olive oil
• 1 tbsp. each minced garlic and shallots
• 1/4 cup chopped parsley
• 1/2 tsp. dried basil
• 1/2 cup white wine
• 2 oz diced tomatoes
Rinse calamari in cold water. Sauté calamari for 2 minutes in oil, garlic and shallots add wine, parsley, tomatoes simmer 10 minutes, then add to 1/2lb cooked linguine.
Prepare in your favorite seafood recipes.
