For Great Tasting Tacos You Will Need
2 lbs ground beeef
2 packets Ortega® Taco Seasoning Mix
1 1/2 cups water
Shredded lettuce & diced tomatoes
Shredded cheese
Ortega® Taco Sauce, any variety
Ortega® Fire Roasted Diced Green Chiles
1. Brown beef; drain. Stir in water and seasoning mix. Heat until thickened, stirring often.
2. Remove taco shells from plastic wrap. Bake shells in a preheated 350°F oven for 3 to 4 minutes or microwave on High 40-60 seconds. Do not prepare taco in toaster oven.
3. Fill taco shells with meat mixture and toppings. Store unused taco shells in airtight plastic bag or container.
