Ingredients
Cream cheese
cucumber, thinly sliced
Smoked salmon
Chives (optional)
Directions
1. Spread cream cheese on Bagel Chip.
2. Top with cucumber and sliced salmon.
3. Garnish with chives, if desired.

Pesto and Parmesan
Ingredients
1/2 cup walnuts or pine nuts
8 cloves garlic
5 cups fresh basil leaves
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 1/2 cup olive oil
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Shaved parmesan cheese for garnish
Directions
1. Place the walnuts or pine nuts, garlic, basil, salt and pepper in the bowl of a food processor fitted with a steel blade. Process mixture until smooth. With the processor running, slowly pour the olive into the bowl through the feed tube and process until the pesto is thoroughly pureed. Add the parmesan and puree for a minute.
2. Spread pesto on Bagel Chip and garnish with shaved parmesan.
