Premier White Chip Chocolate Cookies
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
2/3 cup Nestlé® Toll House® Baking Cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup (2 sticks) butter or margarine, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 large eggs
2 cups (12-oz. pkg.) Nestlé® Toll House® Premier White Morsels

• Preheat oven to 350°F
• In a small bowl, combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt
• In a large mixing bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract until creamy
• Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition
• Beat in flour mixture gradually
• Stir in morsels
• Drop onto ungreased baking sheets by rounded teaspoon
• Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until centers are set. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely. Makes about 5 dozen cookies
For High Altitude Baking: Increase flour to 2 1/2 cups. Add 2 tsp. water with flour and reduce both granulated sugar and brown sugar to 2/3 cup each. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.

Premier White Chip Brownies
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup Nestlé® Toll House® Baking Cocoa
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter or margarine, melted
2 tsp. vanilla extract
3 large eggs
2 cups (12 oz.) Nestlé® Toll House® Premier White Morsels, divided

• Preheat oven to 350°F
• Grease 9-inch-square baking pan
• In a medium bowl, combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt
• In a large mixing bowl, beat sugar, butter and vanilla extract until creamy
• Add eggs, one at time, beating well after each addition
• Beat in flour mixture gradually
• Stir in 1 1/2 cups morsels
• Spread into prepared pan
• Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out slightly sticky. Cool in pan on wire rack (brownies will sink in center when cooled)
• In a heavy-duty plastic bag, microwave remaining 1/2 cup morsels on high power for 30 seconds; knead. If needed, microwave at additional 10 seconds, kneading until melted
• Cut tiny corner from bag; squeeze to drizzle over brownies. Refrigerate for 5 minutes. Cut into squares. Makes 16 brownies

Store morsels in a cool, dry place (60-70°F).
