Mrs. Butterworth's Buttermilk Complete Pancake & Waffle Mix, 32 oz

For Pancakes
Preheat griddle (if electric 375ºF). Griddle is ready when small drops of water sizzle and disappear almost immediately.
Combine pancake mix and water in a bowl and stir until large lumps disappear (about 20 seconds). For thicker pancakes, add a little more mix. For thinner pancakes, add a little more water.
Pour slightly less than 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto hot griddle (lightly grease griddle if necessary). Turn pancakes when tops are covered with bubbles and edges look dry (about 60 seconds). Turn only once and cook for an additional 60 seconds.
To Make 4” Pancakes: 7-8 pancakes; Mix: 1 cup; Water: 3/4 cup
To Make 4” Pancakes: 13-14 pancakes; Mix: 2 cups; Water: 1 1/2 cups
To Make 4” Pancakes: 19-20 pancakes; Mix: 3 cups; Water: 2 1/4 cups
For Waffles
Preheat waffle iron. Combine pancake mix, water and oil in a bowl and stir until large lumps disappear (about 20 seconds). Bake in hot waffle iron as manufacturer directs or until steaming stops. Yield will vary depending upon size of waffle molds-use enough batter to completely fill molds.
To Make Waffles: 5-6 waffles; Mix: 1 cup; Water: 3/4 cup; Oil: 1 tbsp.
For Crepes
Combine pancake mix, water, eggs and melted margarine or butter in an electric blender or food processor.
Process 1 minute or until smooth.
Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours. To prepare crepes, lightly grease a preheated 7-inch crepe pan or skillet.
Pour 3 tablespoons batter in pan, immediately tilt pan to coat bottom evenly. Cook 1 or 2 minutes over medium heat until lightly browned. (It is not necessary to brown other side.) Repeat with remaining batter, greasing pan lightly after each crepe.
To Make Crepes: 10-12 crepes; Mix: 1 cup; Water: 1 cup; Eggs: 1 egg; Margarine or Butter: 1 tbsp.
To Make Crepes: 20-24 crepes; Mix: 2 cups; Water: 2 cups; Eggs: 2 eggs; Margarine or Butter: 2 tbsp.
