Fast fiesta tacos
Ingredients:
8 Mission® Pepito® Style Flour Tortillas
1 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 cup salsa

In skillet, cook beef and chili powder until browned, stirring to separate meat. Pour off fat, add salsa to skillet and heat through. Spoon about 1/4 cup mixture down center of each tortilla. Top with lettuce and cheese, and fold tortilla.

For freshness: Refrigerate after opening.
