Makes 6 servings

Ingredients:
12 Mission® Pepito Style Corn Tortillas
1 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
¼ cup onion, chopped
1 (4oz.) can green chiles, diced
1 (11oz.) can enchilada sauce
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 cup cheddar cheese shredded

Combine beef, onion, chillies, sauce and soups. Layer ground beef mixture with corn tortillas in a pan. Top with cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 300 degrees. Serves 6.
