Firecracker burgers
Mix 1 lb. ground beef, 1/4 cup chopped red onion, 1 tbsp. parsley flakes, 1/2 tsp. each garlic salt and ground black pepper and 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper. Shape into 4 patties. Brush 2 bell peppers, cored and quartered, with oil. Grill over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes per side or until burgers are cooked through (internal temperature of 160°F) and bell peppers are tender. Cut bell peppers into thin strips. Serve burgers on rolls topped with bell peppers.
