Recipe

You will need:
1 package Grill Mates® marinade
1 to 2 lbs. steak, pork or salmon*

Directions
1. Place meat in plastic bag or glass dish. Add marinade, reserving I to 2 tbsp. For basting, if desired.
2. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Remove meat from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
3. Grill until desired doneness, basting with reserved marinade.
* Do not marinate seafood longer than 30 minutes.

Grilling tip
Montreal Red Wine Marinade: Stir 1/4 cup dry red wine into the marinade. Continue as directed.
