Recipe

You will need:
1 Package Grill Mates® Marinade
1 to 2 lbs chicken, steak, pork or shrimp*
* Do not marinate seafood longer than 30 minutes.

Directions:
1. Place meat in plastic bag or glass dish. Add marinade, reserving 1 to 2 tbsp. For basting, if desired.
2. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Remove meat from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
3. Grill until desired doneness, basting with reserved marinade.

Grilling tip
Carolina brown sugar bourbon marinade: Stir 2 tbsp. French's® Yellow Mustard into the Marinade. Continue as directed.
