Ingredients
8 tortillas made with Maseca®
2.2 lb. arrachera (skirt steak), cut in strips
1 tsp. chipotle chili pepper powder
1 clear beer
1 onion, chopped
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1/4 onion
Salt
Preparation
Marinate meat with beer, chipotle chili powder, and chopped onion for at least one hour or marinate all night, if possible. Season meat with salt and cook on the grill.
Dice onion, green and red bell peppers. Warm up tortillas and make tacos. Garnish with onion, red and green bell peppers and your favorite salsa.
