1 package Margaritaville Calypso Coconut Shrimp
5 cups of iceberg lettuce, shredded
1 package Mango Chutney Sauce
1/4 cup carrots, sticks
1/4 cup red cabbage, shredded
1/4 cup avocado, diced
1/4 cup Mandarin oranges
1/4 cup Craisins®
1/4 cup green apple, strips
1/4 cup coconut, shredded
Follow cooking directions on the box of calypso coconut shrimp and for thawing the sauce. Place lettuce and sauce in mixing bowl and mix well. Add remaining ingredients except shrimp, shredded coconut and avocado, mix well. Place tossed greens onto 2 plates. Distribute evenly on tossed greens with cooked shrimp, avocados and shredded coconut.
