Recipe

Rice with Vegetables and loroco
Yields: 4 servings

Ingredients
• 1 cup (181 g) of rice
• 2 cups (500 ml) of water
• 1 tablespoon (12 g) of Chicken Bouillon Malher®
• 4 tablespoons (25 g) of finely chopped sweet pepper
• 4 tablespoons (25 g) of finely chopped carrot
• 4 tablespoons (25 g) of peas and/or 1/4 cup (25 g) of chopped loroco
• 1 tablespoon of oil

Directions
Heat a pan add a tablespoon of oil, fry vegetables, loroco and rice, add water and Chicken Bouillon Malher®. Cook for 25 minutes over medium heat with semi covered pot.

Keep in a cool and dry place. Do not expose to the sunlight.
Consume best before: see container lid.
