Chocolate Raspberry Cake

Ingredients
1 15.25-ounce box of chocolate cake mix
1 12-ounce package of semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided
1 8-ounce container of sour cream
1 21-ounce can Lucky Leaf Premium Red Raspberry Fruit Filling or Topping
Directions
Step 1. Preheat oven to 350 °F. Grease two 9-inch round cake pans.
Step 2. Prepare cake mix as directed on package; stir in 1 cup of chocolate chips. Spoon cake mixture into the two prepared pans.
Step 3. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool on racks for 10 minutes, then remove from pans and cool completely.
Step 4. Melt the remaining chocolate chips; gradually stir in the sour cream. Spread 2/3 cup raspberry filling on one cake layer. Top with the second cake. Frost cake with the sour cream mixture. Garnish with the remaining raspberry filling. Chill before serving.
Classic Red Raspberry Pie
Prepare crust for a 9-inch pie. Pour one to two cans of Lucky Leaf® Premium Red Raspberry Fruit Filling or Topping into the crust. Cover with a vented or lattice top crust, or crumb topping. Bake at 425°F for 35 to 45 minutes.
Refrigerate after opening.
