Lily's chocolate chip cookies
Ingredients:
2 cups almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 ½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. cornstarch
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup erythritol/stevia blend brown sugar alternative
4 oz. softened cream cheese
4 tsp. vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 cup Lily's Dark Chocolate Style Baking Chips

Directions:
1) Heat oven to 350ºF. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper. Stir together dry ingredients.
2) Combine butter and sugar substitute in large bowl. Add cream cheese and vanilla; blend well. Add eggs. Gradually beat in dry ingredients. Stir in chips; let dough sit 5 minutes.
3) Drop by heaping tablespoons onto prepared cookie sheets; flatten slightly.
4) Bake 10-13 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Cool completely. Makes 36 cookies.
