Creamy Baked Ziti

What you need!
4 cups ziti pasta, uncooked
1 jar (24 oz.) Classico Tomato and Basil Pasta Sauce
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
6 oz. (3/4 of 8-oz. Pkg.) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, cubed
¾ cup Breakstone's or Knudsen Sour Cream
1 pkg. (8 oz.) Kraft Shredded Italian* Five Cheese with a Touch of Philadelphia, divided
⅓ Cup Kraft Grated Parmesan Cheese
Make it!
1. Heat oven to 375°F.
2. Cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt. Drain in colander; set aside.
3. Combine pasta sauce, tomatoes and cream cheese in same saucepan; cook on medium heat 5 min. or until cream cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Add pasta; mix lightly.
4. Spoon half the pasta mixture into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; cover with layers of sour cream, 1 cup mozzarella and remaining pasta mixture. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
5. Bake 20 min. or until heated through.
