Kodiak Cakes Protein-Packed Blueberry Muffin Mix, 14 oz

Like everything we make at Kodiak Cakes, this muffin mix is crafted in the frontier tradition using non-GMO ingredients and 100% whole grains.
Blueberry Scones
You'll Need:
1 Bag Kodiak Cakes Mix
1/2 Cup Butter, Cold
1/4 Cup Milk
Icing:
1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
2 Tbsp Milk
1/4 Tsp Vanilla
Preheat oven to 350° F. Place Kodiak Cakes mix into a large mixing bowl. Cut the butter into cubes and work into the mix by hand. Stir in milk until combined. Scoop 1/4 cup-sized rounds of dough onto a lined baking sheet and flatten slightly with the palm of your hand. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden. Once cooled, stir the icing ingredients together in a small bowl and drizzle over the scones. Makes 12 scones.
Blueberry Flapjacks
You'll Need:
1 Bag Kodiak Cakes Mix
1 1/4 Cup Milk
2 Tbsp Oil
2 Eggs
Combine all ingredients (do not overbeat). Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto a heated and greased pan or griddle. Cook on medium-high heat, or 375° F, until bubbles form on the top. Flip and continue to cook until golden brown.
For optimal freshness, store in a cool, dry place.
