Old Fashioned Cornbread & Muffins
What You Need: 1 box Kentucky Kernel Old Fashioned Biscuit Mix & 1 cup milk.
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450° (Cornbread) or to 400° (Cornbread muffins). In a bowl, combine milk and entire box of mix.
2. For cornbread, pour batter into lightly greased 8x8-inch pan.
For muffins, pour batter into lightly greased cups of muffin tin, ¾ full.
3. Bake 15-18 minutes (Cornbread)
Bake 12-15 minutes (Cornbread muffins)
Classic Corn Casserole
What you need: 1 box Kentucky Kernel Old Fashioned Biscuit Mix,
1 cup sour cream, 2 large eggs,
1-15oz. can cream style corn,
2 tbsp. sugar.
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°
2. In a bowl, combine cornbread mix, sour cream, cream style corn, sugar, and eggs.
3. Pour mixture into a greased 9x9-inch pan.
4. Bake 40-45 minutes.
