Old Fashioned Biscuits
What You Need: 1 box Kentucky Kernel Old Fashioned Biscuit Mix, ⅔ cup milk
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425°. In a bowl, combine milk with entire box of biscuit mix.
2. For drop biscuits, scoop biscuit dough by tablespoons onto baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
For rolled biscuits, turn dough out onto lightly-floured surface. Roll dough to desired thickness and-using a biscuit cutter-cut to size. Place biscuit dough rounds onto baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
3. Bake 8-12 minutes.
Chicken Pot Pie
What You Need: 1 box Kentucky Kernel Old Fashioned Biscuit Mix, ¾ cup milk, 15 oz can peas (undrained), 10 oz can cream of chicken soup, 10.5 oz can chicken (drained)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. In a bowl, combine chicken, cream of chicken soup and peas.
3. Pour mixture into a 9x9-inch baking dish.
4. In a separate bowl, combine biscuit mix with milk. Spread batter evenly over chicken mixture.
5. Bake for 40-50 minutes.
