Thai Ribbon Noodles are common throughout Thailand and Vietnam. They are the foundation of Pad Thai, one of Thailand's national dishes. Ka-Me Thai Ribbon Stir-Fry Noodles are delicious served plain or in any stir-fry, salad or soup.
Pad Thai with Ka-Me Thai Ribbon Stir-Fry Noodles
Ingredients:
2 tbsp Ka-Me Stir-Fry Oil
8 oz medium shrimp, peeled
2 eggs, beaten
1 14.2 oz pkg Ka-Me Thai Ribbon Stir-Fry Noodles
1 cup bean sprouts
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp Ka-Me Fish Sauce
1 tbsp lime juice
4 oz Ka-Me Sweet Chili Sauce
Fresh coriander, crushed peanuts and lime wedges for garnish
Cooking time: 6 minutes
Serves: 4
1. Heat 1 tbsp stir-fry oil in wok or skillet on high. Add shrimp and saute for 2 minutes. Set aside.
2. Add 1 tbsp stir-fry oil, pour eggs and scramble for 1 minute.
Add Thai Ribbon Stir-Fry Noodle pouches, toss gently and cook for 2 minutes.
3. Add shrimp, bean sprouts, sugar, fish sauce, lime juice & sweet chili sauce, toss gently and cook for 1 minute.
4. Garnish to taste serve and enjoy!
