Ka-Me Hokkien Stir-Fry Noodles in Szechuan Sauce
Ingredients:
1 tbsp Ka-Me Stir-Fry Oil
1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced strips
12 shiitake mushrooms, thinly sliced
1 red or yellow pepper, chopped or sliced
1 tbsp water
¾ cup Ka-Me Szechuan Sauce
1 14.2 oz pkg Ka-Me Hokkien Stir-Fry Noodles
Cooking time: 9 minutes
Serves: 4
1. Heat Stir-Fry Oil and chicken strips in wok or skillet on high for 2 minutes.
2. Add mushrooms, pepper, water and Szechuan Sauce; cook for 5 minutes.
3. Add Hokkien Stir-Fry Noodle pouches, toss gently and cook for 2 minutes.
4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
