Mexi One-Pot Mac & Cheese
Ingredients
• 2 tbsp. jovial extra virgin olive oil
• 3 green onions, sliced
• 2 jalapeño peppers, sliced
• 1 tbsp. taco seasoning
• 2 cups milk
• 1 cup water
• 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
• ½ cup grated Pecorino Romano
• 8 oz. jovial Elbows
Instructions
1. In a medium saucepan, cook oil, onion, pepper, and taco seasoning on medium-low heat for 3 minutes.
2. Add milk and water. Slowly bring to a boil, then lower the heat to simmer.
3. Stir in pasta. Cover and cook for 11 minutes.
4. Turn off heat. Stir in the cheeses. Cover the pot and let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
