Spaghetti Aglio Olio & Broccoli
Ingredients
• ¼ cup Jovial Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 fresh red chili, fine sliced
• 8 oz. broccoli florets
• 8 oz. Jovial Spaghetti
Instructions
1. In a large skillet, cooking oil, garlic, and chili on low heat for 5 minutes, being careful not to brown the garlic.
2. Bring 3 quarts of water to a boil, add 1 tablespoon of salt.
Add broccoli and blanch for 4 minutes. Lift out broccoli with a slotted spoon and add to skillet, cooking in the garlic oil for 5 minutes.
3. Cook pasta in the broccoli cooking water for 11 minutes. Drain. Toss in the skillet with broccoli and oil before serving.
