Iron Chef Sweet Chili Sauce, 14.5 oz
Thai Chicken Stir-Fried
2 cups chicken, sliced thinly
1 cup sweet basil leaves
1/4 cup Iron Chef™ Sweet Chili Sauce
2 tablespoons oil
Heat the oil in a wok over medium flame. Add the chicken and stir fry until it is almost cooked. Add sauce and stir until coated and cooked. Add half the basil and stir a minute. Transfer to a serving platter. Serve with either Thai jasmine rice or noodles.
Easy Thai Chicken
1 chicken/or 4 chicken breast
Iron Chef™ Sweet Chili Sauce
Combine chicken, 1/2 cup flour, and Iron Chef™ Sweet Chili Sauce. Pour sauce over chicken in a pan and bake in 350-degree oven about an hour. Check chicken to make sure it's cooked through before serving. Serve over rice or noodles.
