Iron Chef Sesame Garlic Sauce & Glaze, 15 oz
Iron Chef™ Sesame Beef
1 lb. ground steak; 1 1/2 cup Iron Chef™ Sesame Garlic Sauce; 2 green onions, chopped; 2 tbsp. sesame seeds
In a large bowl, mix Iron Chef™ Sesame Garlic sauce and onions then set aside. Cut steak into strips and add to bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight (at least 30 minutes). In a wok or skillet, cook beef with onions in Iron Chef™ sauce, until brown (about 5 minutes). Add sesame seeds and cook for additional 2 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
Glazed London Broil
3 lbs. of London Broil; 2 cups Iron Chef™ Sesame Garlic Sauce
Marinate the meat in Sesame Garlic sauce overnight. Remove meat from refrigerator and place on tin baking tray. Brush on Sesame Garlic sauce to glaze. Place uncovered in oven on 350 degrees, until meat is cooked through.
