Iron Chef Orange Sauce Glaze with Ginger, 15 oz
Orange Cashew Chicken
1 lb. chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces; 4 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp. fresh ginger, finely minced; 2 cloves garlic, crushed;
4 green onions, cut into half-inch lengths (green part, too)
1/2 cup salted cashews; 1/2 cup Iron Chef™ Orange Sauce;
3 cups cooked rice
Heat frying pan or wok with oil. Add ginger and garlic and heat for about a minute. Add chicken and saute until halfway done. Add green onions and continue cooking until chicken is white all the way through. Pour in Iron Chef™ Orange Sauce and mix well. Heat through and add cashews just before serving. Serve over rice. Serves four.
Grilled Salmon with Orange Glaze
1 lb. salmon fillet; 4 oz. Iron Chef™ Orange Sauce
Marinate salmon in sauce for 15 minutes to 1 hour then grill. Optional: Brush on Iron Chef™ Orange Sauce during final two minutes or serve sauce on the side.
