Recipe

Original Ranch® Pork Chops‡
1 packet (1 oz.) Hidden Valley® Original Ranch Seasoning, Dressing & Recipe Mix
6 pork loin rib chops‡, about 1-inch thick dash of paprika (optional) pinch of salt, fresh cracked black pepper

Cooking instructions
1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
2. In a small bowl, add the Ranch Seasoning, together with the salt, pepper and paprika and mix well. Liberally sprinkle the pork chops‡ on both sides with the seasoning mixture.
3. Arrange the chops‡ on a baking sheet or on a rack. Bake the pork chops# for 20 minutes, turning once until browned or until an internal temperature of 145°F is reached. Serve immediately.
Optional: To achieve a grilled effect, use a grill pan. Cook the pork chops# for 15 minutes on both sides or until internal temperature of 145°F is reached.

Mississippi Roast‡
1 packet (1 oz.) Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning, Dressing & Recipe Mix
1 3-4 lb. boneless chuck roast‡
3 tablespoons olive oil
½ cup beef broth
1 stick butter
8 pepperoncini
14-½ cup flour, as needed
In a rush? You can swap the flour for a 1 oz. package of dry au jus gravy mix and skip the step for browning the meat‡.

Cooking instructions
1. Season chuck roast‡ generously with salt and pepper. Rub flour evenly over the surface of the meat.
2. In a large sauté pan, warm oil over high heat until very hot but not smoking. Sear the roast until browned and crusty on all sides, about 10 minutes total.
3. Place roas‡ in the pot of a slow cooker. Pour beef broth around the roast. Sprinkle Ranch Seasoning over the roast‡, place butter on top and scatter pepperoncini over and around the roast‡. Cover the slow cooker and set on low heat for 7-8 hours.
4. When internal temperature reaches 145°F, shred the meat‡ and mix with the sauce in the slow cooker. Serve over bread, egg noodles or potatoes.

Slow Cooker Ranch Chicken‡
1 packet (1 oz.) Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning, Dressing & Recipe Mix
4 chicken breasts‡
16 oz. cream cheese hot sauce, to taste

Cooking instructions
Place all ingredients in a slow cooker. Cook on low setting, 6-8 hours, or high for 4-6 hours, until chicken‡ reaches an internal
temperature of 165°F. Uncover. Shred the chicken‡ and mix all ingredients until incorporated.
