Recipe

Original Ranch® pork chops‡
1 packet (1 oz.) Hidden Valley® Original Ranch Seasoning, Dressing & Recipe Mix
6 pork lain rib chopst, about 1-inch thick dash of paprika (optional) pinch of salt fresh cracked black pepper

Cooking instructions
1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
2. In a small bowl, add the Ranch Seasoning, together with the salt, pepper and paprika and mix well. Liberally sprinkle the pork chops‡ on both sides with the seasoning mixture.
3. Arrange the pork chops# on a baking sheet or on a rack. Bake the pork chops‡ for 20 minutes, turning once until browned or until an internal temperature of 145 F is reached. Serve immediately.
Optional: To achieve a grilled effect, use a grill pan.Cook the pork chops‡ for 15 minutes on both sides or until internal temperature of 145°F is reached.
