Simple skillet pork chops and gravy
Makes 6 servings
Pour 1 jar Heinz® Gravy into large skillet.
Add 6 thin boneless pork chops (1-1/2 lb.); cook over medium heat 10 to 12 min. or until done (145°F), turning pork chops and stirring gravy occasionally. Remove skillet from heat. Cover; let stand 3 min.
Serve pork chops and gravy over 3 cups hot mashed potatoes.
